The Executive Director Growth approved entering into a Development Agreement and Land Agreement with Donoghue Cricklewood Limited and Wilson Properties (London) LTD, as well as a Transfer and Building Safety Obligations Agreement with Donoghue Cricklewood Limited. This decision was made on 26 March 2026. The decision also noted the approval of the acquisition of Block 2 of the Donoghue Business Park site containing 38 affordable homes.
