Purpose
A Delegated Powers Report was approved on 12th December 2024 to conclude the acquisition of the leasehold interest in in 7 Slatter, Satchell Mead, NW9 5UQ, as part of the land assembly for Phase 1 of the Grahame Park North East (GPNE) Regeneration. Following changes in circumstances, this report updates the terms of the acquisition to enable the imminent purchase of 7 Slatter to take place prior to the end of August 2026, with the shared equity purchase to take place at a later date, in order to meet the vacant possession dates for the scheme. This is the final acquisition for completion of the land assembly for GPNE and will allow demolition to commence in line with our target date of August 2026.
