Director of Growth approves and authorises:
1.    
The commencement of rehousing by
agreement of tenants in Phase 1 of the Grahame Park North East Regeneration scheme (comprising Slatter,
Sopwith, Spitfire, Spooner, Tait, Tedder, Wheeler, Whittaker,
Whittle and Wilshire) in accordance with the tenant rehousing
strategy set out in section 1
2.    
The submission of an application to the
Secretary of State for consent to the disposal and redevelopment of
land within Phase 1 of the Grahame Park North
East Regeneration scheme for the purposes of the use of
Ground 10A powers pursuant to Part V of Schedule 2 of the Housing
Act 1985 to seek possession of properties in Phase 1, following the
required consultation process

Ceasing re-lettings of vacant properties
in Phase 1 of the Grahame
Park North East Regeneration scheme, in
order to meet vacant possession requirements
