Purpose

1.           
To authorise the issuing of confirmation letters
that the council will not be pursuing plots identified in Appendix
1

2.           
To authorise the serving of Notice to Entry for
Plots listed in Appendix 2, interests in land the council needs to
secure for infrastructure works planned to support the
project. 

3.           
To authorise the entering into extensions to the
Notices on Treat where required on appropriate terms to suit the
project requirements.

4.           
To authorise the Variation of existing
Undertakings or new Agreements around parcels of land required for
the infrastructure for the BXS programme for the
project.

5.           
To delegate to the Brent Cross Programme Director
approvals for any final changes to Appendix 1 or Appendix 2 for
deleting or adding plots should they be identified as required or
not for the project.
