Decision

1.    
To approve and authorise the commencement of private
treaty acquisitions by agreement of leasehold properties in
Slatter, Spooner, Sopwith, Spitfire, Tait, Tedder, Wheeler,
Whittaker, Whittle and Wilshire in
Grahame Park, in accordance with the acquisition strategy set out
in section 2 and under compulsory purchase compensation
rules.

2.    
To note that the intention is to acquire all
leasehold interests by agreement but if this is not possible it may
be necessary to present a further report to the Cabinet to seek
approval to commence a Compulsory Purchase Order
process.

3.    
To note that individual leasehold acquisitions will
be presented once agreed for approval to the Director of
Growth.

4.    
To note that the tenant decant strategy will be
subject to separate delegated approval following Cabinet approval
of the council’s revised Housing Allocations
Scheme.
