DECISION:
 
1.     
Cabinet approved the business case for the acquisition of 249
residential properties at Colindale Gardens into the HRA, funded
through HRA borrowing and grant, as outlined in Appendix A of the
report, subject to further legal and financial due diligence.

 
2.     
Cabinet delegated authority to the Portfolio Holder for Homes and
Regeneration, to have regard to further legal and financial due
diligence and to approve and enter into the final transaction and
related documents.
 
The report sets out the options considered, if
any, and the reasons for the recommendations and the decision.
