Cabinet agreed the draft Heads
of Terms as set out in Appendix C of the exempt report and
delegated authority to the Deputy Chief Executive to further
negotiate and finalise the Heads of Terms so far as
required.
 
The report sets out the options
considered, if any, and the reasons for the recommendations and the
decision.
