DECISION:
 

1.   
Cabinet approved the award of the contract for the supply,
installation and future maintenance and operation of 793 non-lamp
column electric vehicle charge points to Trojan Energy Ltd under a
15-year contract term in accordance with the details set out in the
tender invitation and this report.
 

2.   
Cabinet delegated authority for the decision on which financial
arrangement to be included within the contract to the Deputy Chief
Executive and Executive Director of Strategy and Resources in
consultation with the Portfolio Holder for Environment &
Climate Change.
