Decision

 

1.   
To approve award of a JCT 2016 Design
& Build contract to Wernick
Buildings (Wernick) for design
development, manufacturing and construction works associated with
Oakleigh Depot’s proposed modular building, for a price of
£2,446,926.00 plus VAT.

 

2.   
To approve further payments to
Wernick up to the specified value, as
shown in the accompanying exempt report, for variations to the
contract if required and containable within the allocated
budget.

 

3.   
To provide authority to officers to
implement the required JCT contract requirements and deliver
monitoring arrangements.
 

4.   
To provide authority to officers, in
line with the scheme of delegation and in consultation with the
Deputy Chief Executive, to approve and instruct changes in
accordance with the JCT contract.
