Decision

1.   
To
approve award of a Contract to
Ove Arup & Partners
Ltd to
develop the winning entry up to and including RIBA Work Stage 3,
including the submission of a valid full planning
application, for a contract value of
£1,034,800.00 plus
VAT.
 

2.   
To approve further payments to Ove Arup &
Partners Ltd for changes to the contract if required and
containable within the allocated budget.

 

3.   
To provide authority to officers to implement the
required contract requirements and deliver monitoring
arrangements.

 

4.   
To provide authority to officers, in line with
the scheme of delegation and in consultation the
Executive Director for
Communities, Adults and Health, to
approve and instruct changes in accordance with the
contract.
