Purpose

Following 12th March
Cabinet’s approval of a Schedule of Proposed Main
Modifications, required to make the Local Plan sound, and for these
Main Modifications to be subject to public consultation, a number
of additional modifications have been identified.
 
Cabinet granted delegated
authority to the Deputy Chief Executive to agree any necessary
revisions to supporting documentation for consultation and any
other typographical, presentational, and consequential wording
changes to the Local Plan prior to publication, in consultation
with the Cabinet Member for Homes and Regeneration.  The Main
Modifications can then be subject to public
consultation.
 
The List of Further Main
Modifications is set out in Appendix A and these are highlighted
within the Updated Schedule of Main Modifications at Appendix
B.
