Summary

This report presents the evidence and the
Council’s investigation with regard to the application made
under the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 and the consideration
of the legal issues in deciding whether or not to make an order to
add a footpath to the Definitive Map and Statement.
To seek delegated authority to make an Order
for a footpath running from Holden Road, through part of Whetstone
Stray Allotments to Whetstone Stray Open Spaces.
 
 
 

Decisions

Having considered the evidence regarding an
Application under the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 for a path
to be added to the Definitive Map – as indicated in Appendix
A

To make, if no objections are
received to the Order, a Definitive Map Modification Order under
s53 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 to add the footpath to
the Definitive Map and Statement as below:

TQ25895 93207 (point B) then running west north-west to TQ25777
