Decision

1.    
To authorise the award of contract to Fleet Factors Ltd under the
YPO Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the supply and management
of parts, goods, supplies and associated services for the
Council’s fleet. The total spend is up to £1,400,000
for a period of 2 years, from 1 June 2024, with an option to extend
for a further 2 years, subject to performance and budget
allocation.
 

2.    
To authorise the extension of the call-off contract with Fleet
Factors Ltd, for the supply and management of parts, goods,
supplies, and associated services for the Council’s fleet
from 1 March to 31 May 2024. The total value of this extension is
£245,000, bringing the total contract value to
£1,580,000. This extension is required to ensure continuity
of service whilst the new contract is finalised and commences on 1
June 2024.
