Decision

1. To note the options appraisal carried out in relation to the future provision of the Parking Enforcement Service
2. To note and approve the recommended procurement strategy outlined within this report at paragraph 1.7 for Parking Enforcement Services contract(s) and delegate authority to officers within the Parking and Procurement teams to proceed with the procurement(s) in accordance with the Contract Procedure Rules and (where applicable) Public Contracts Regulations (2015).
3. To note that a recommendation to award a contract for the core services will be brought to a future meeting of Cabinet, and that approval of the award of contract(s) for other service elements will be subject to relevant delegated authority dependant on contract value.
