To authorise the Head of Property as per Option 1
above to finalise the terms for the split sale of the freehold
title in two parts, including the boundary between the two plots
and broadly in line with the terms set out in Exempt Appendix 1 and
the proposed indicative disposal plan at Appendix 2.

To authorise the Deputy Director of Legal and
Democratic Services to complete all documentation necessary to give
effect to the above decision.
