Decision

(1)            
That the Chief Executive, being the Ballot Holder,
be given delegated authority to authorise and run a BID Renewal
Ballot for Bexleyheath, according to the BID
Regulations.
(2)
      That, as there
are no grounds for the outcome of the Ballot to be vetoed by the
Council, the Council agrees in advance that it will not seek to
veto the outcome of the Ballot.
(3)      
That the Deputy Director, Housing and Strategic Planning has
delegated authority, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for
Place Shaping, to finalise and enter into any legal agreements
necessary for the operation of the Bexleyheath BID during the new
term.
(4)      
That the relevant Deputy Directors with responsibility for the
Council properties within the proposed BID area (as set out in
section 7 below) are given delegated authority to vote in favour of
the BID Renewal Proposal during the proposed BID Renewal
Ballot.
(5)      
That all relevant Council services are instructed to support the
administration process of the ballot and the establishment of the
renewed Bexleyheath BID, should it be successful at
Ballot.
(6)      
That the Head of Legal Services be authorised to complete any legal
agreements arising from the above.
