Decision

i.        
The CPZ amendments shown on Plans 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7,
8 and 9 be implemented as advertised.

ii.      
the modification to the CPZ
amendments for Plan 5 be agreed and the
revised CPZ amendments proposals shown on Plan 5a be implemented.
iii.     
The Head of Highways, Traffic and Infrastructure be
authorised to make the necessary Traffic Management Orders for (i)
and (ii) above; and
iv.    
The objectors and affected residents be notified of
the Cabinet Member’s decision.
