1. The transfer of Sidcup Manor House to BexleyCo for the
purposes of redevelopment as outlined in the Interim Financial
Business Case detailed in the attached exempt report at Appendix 2
be approved.
2. The Head of Property and Facilities Management in
consultation with the Director of Finance and Corporate Services to
finalise all necessary terms and agreements for the transfer to
proceed; and
3.The Deputy Director of Legal and Democratic Services to
undertake all necessary actions and complete any necessary
agreements required to address the disposal of open space procedure
and complete the transfer to BexleyCo.
