Decision

(1)           
To approve the grant of an easement in perpetuity to London Power
Networks plc over part of Crayford Rough Open Space to enable an
electrical supply to be provided to National Grid’s Tunnel
Project Site;

(2)           
To authorise the Head of Property & Facilities Management to
agree all necessary terms, including route alignment; and
 
(3)           
To authorise the Deputy Director Legal & Democratic Services to
publish notices of the intended grant of easement in accordance
with Section 123 of the Local Government Act 1972 and, subject to
no objections being received, to complete all necessary legal
documentation.
