Decision
1. To authorise the Assistant Director
Regulatory to commence consultation with staff on the proposed
permanent sharing arrangements (as set out in Appendix 1) under
Section 113 of the Local Government Act 1972, and to delegate to
the Assistant Director Regulatory, in consultation with the
Portfolio Holder, authority to determine and implement the sharing
arrangements, taking account of consultation responses.
2. To accept the placing of specified East Lindsey District Council
(ELDC) posts at the disposal of Boston Borough Council in
accordance with Section 113 of the Local Government Act 1972.

to support delivery of the South and East Lincolnshire Councils
