• Learning & Development Policy
• Managing & Supporting Change Policy
• Probation Policy
• Recruitment Policy
• Housing Competence & Conduct Policy (applicable to those delivering landlord services)
• Housing Code of Conduct (applicable to those delivering landlord services)

Reasons for the decision

To provide aligned HR policies across the South & East Lincolnshire Councils Partnership.

Not to align – disregard as alignment provides a consistent approach to workforce management across the Partnership.
