Purpose

To allow the Officer to provide additional
resilience as required within the Place Team functions across the
Partnership and support the Assistant Director – Economic
Growth on a temporary shared basis, whilst retaining their primary
role of supporting South Holland District Council. The Officer will
be working solely on the Levelling Up Fund projects for East
Lindsey District Council and Boston Borough Council.

Decision

That under Section 113 of the Local Government
Act 1972, Boston Borough Council, through its Head of Paid Service
and following consultation with the Leader of the Council, agrees
to accept additional resource that the Programme Manager for South
Holland District Council Planning Services team be placed at the
disposal of Boston Borough Council and East Lindsey District
Council to undertake a temporary role change and additional duties
to support the Assistant Director – Economic Growth on a
temporary shared basis, thus providing resilience across the
Partnership.
