To take up an offer from East Lindsey District
Council of placing at the Council’s disposal its Service
Manager (Property and Technical) for 12 months from the date of
this decision on a 80%/20% basis in order to meet business needs.
ELDC to recharge 20% of postholder costs to the Council.

Sharing the post will meet business needs and provides value for
money for the Council. The post will be shared for 12 months from
the date of this decision; 20% of the post holder’s costs
will be met by the Council from service vacancies within approved
budgets.
