Decision

To share the Commercial Waste Manager post for
the Operations team with ELDC, to support the development of
commercial waste across BBC and ELDC.

This opportunity enables the Operations service to focus this
existing role on the development of commercial waste and street
services in Boston.

Becoming a shared S113 resource with ELDC enables the budget for
this role to be shared with ELDC, releasing additional resource to
be used to support service and project development within the
operations service.
