Approves the award of the contract for an Independent Travel
Training (ITT) service to Kingston Centre for Independent Living
for a period of two and a half (2.5) years with an option to extend
for yearly periods up to a maximum of two (2) years with a contract
value of up to £637,758.99 excluding VAT.
