Purpose

The decision will be to award the contract for
the procurement of software and system support by calling off from
a framework agreement for the provision of a Case Management system
for Adult Social Care and Children’s Services.

Content

That the Corporate
Director of Community Health and Wellbeing in consultation with the
Cabinet Member for Community Health and Wellbeing:
 

(1)      
Approves the pre-tender considerations set out in
paragraph 3.8 of the accompanying report.

 
(2)      
Approves the award of the contract for the provision
of a social care case management and cloud hosting & services
to Access UK Limited for three (3) years with a possible one (1)
year extension in the sum of £1,587,889 (inclusive of
VAT).
