Provision of Unified Communications for Shared

Content

That the Corporate Director Finance and
Resources, in consultation with with the Deputy Leader and Cabinet
Member for Finance and Resources:
 
i)              
Approves the pre-tender considerations set out in the report.
 
ii)             
Approves the award of contract for the provision of Unified
Communications for the Shared Technology Services to 8X8 UK Limited
for 24 months, commencing 1 May 2025 to 30 April 2027, with a 12
months optional extension commencing 1 May 2027 to 30 April 2028,
in the sum of £1,804,567.20, ex. VAT.
