Purpose

To approve pre-tender considerations in
respect of the procurement of a Single Delivery Partner (SDP) to
deliver the remainder of the South Kilburn Regeneration Programme,
following delegated authority being given to the Corporate Director
of Neighbourhoods and Regeneration at Cabinet on 14 October
2024.

Content

That the Corporate Director Neighbourhoods and
Regeneration, in consultation with the Leader and Cabinet Member
for Regeneration, Planning and Property:
 
i)              
Approves the pre-tender considerations set out in the report for
the procurement of a Single Delivery Partner for the remainder of
the of the South Kilburn Regeneration Programme
 
ii)             
Approves officers evaluating the tenders on the basis of the
evaluation criteria.
