Councillor Saqib Butt declared a personal
interest in relation to Agenda Item 4 (23/3365 - 163-165 Edgware
Road, London, NW9), stating that as the Councillor representing
Kingsbury ward they had been contacted by both residential
organisations and the developer but affirmed that they had not yet
come to a decision regarding the application and thus was attending
the Committee with an open mind.
