To request authority to tender contract for
the construction works required to deliver Brent Children’s
Care Home.

Content

That the Director
of Property & Assets:

i)            
Approves inviting tenders for contract in respect of the
construction works required to deliver the Brent Children’s
Care Home on the basis of the pre - tender considerations.

 

ii)           
Approves Officers evaluating the tenders referred to in (i) above
on the basis of the evaluation criteria.
