The Cabinet Member for Cleaner Streets, Transport and Public Realm decided on 14/07/2026 to note updates on micromobility in London and delegate authority to the Corporate Director Neighbourhoods and Regeneration. This delegation allows the Corporate Director, in consultation with the Cabinet Member, to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with Lime for continued e-bike operations and to approve a programme of improvements funded by Lime's fees.
