To approve the award of contract for the
provision of a Child Weight Management Service.

Content

That the Director for Public Health, in
consultation with the Cabinet Member for Public Health and Adult
Social Care:
 
i)            
Approves the award of contract for the Tier 2 Child Weight
Management Service to Maximus UK Services Limited for 5 years (3 +
1 + 1) for a total sum of £1,732,500.00.
