Purpose

To request authority to invite tenders for the purchase of and installation of communal waste and recycling housing units with bins and associated works at St Raphael’s Estate.

Decision

That the Corporate Director Neighbourhoods and Regeneration:

i)               Approves inviting tenders for the purchasing and installation of communal waste and recycling housing units with bins and associated works at St Raphael’s Estate on the basis of the pre-tender considerations set out in the accompanying report.

ii)              Approves officers evaluating tenders on the basis of the evaluation criteria set out in the accompanying report.
