Purpose

To seek approval to waive Contract Standing
Orders to enable a direct award of a contract for community review
services.

Content

That the Cabinet Member for Regeneration,
Planning & Growth, having consulted with the Leader:
 
i)            
Approves an exemption pursuant to Contract Standing Order 84(a) of
the requirement to tender a contract for community review services
for a period of 24 months in accordance with paragraph 13 of Part 3
of the Constitution.
