Purpose

Authority to award a care and
support contract at Honeypot Lane, Extra Care scheme to
for a period of three (3) years with an option to extend
for up to a maximum of two (2) years.

Content

That the Cabinet Member for Health and Adult
Social Care, having consulted with the Leader in accordance with
paragraph 13 of Part 3 of the Constitution:
 
i)            
Approves the award of the care and support contract at Honeypot
Lane, Extra Care Scheme, to Creative Support Ltd for a period of
three (3) years with the option to extend for up to a maximum of
two (2) years.
