Purpose
This decision is seeking approval
to appropriate the land known as 1-8 Neville House, Neville Road,
London NW6 5BT, 1-64 Winterleys, Albert
Road, London 2 NW6 5DR, 113-128 Carlton House, Canterbury Terrace,
London NW6 5DX and Carlton Hall, Canterbury Terrace, London NW6
5DU, referred to as ‘Appropriation Land’ for
development purposes from General Fund to HRA.
Content
Having considered any representations made by third parties, to
approve:
(1) That the Appropriation
Land is surplus to requirements and is no longer required for the
purpose for which it is currently held; and
(2) following on from (1)
above, that the Appropriation Land is to be appropriated for
planning purposes pursuant to Planning Application Ref: 18/4920 and
the subsequent Planning Permission obtained on 03rd July
2020.
