Purpose

To request authority to vary and extend a
contract in respect of Supported Living Services for Adults at
Gladstone Park Gardens as required by Contract Standing Order
112.

Content

That the Director of Adult Social Care:
 
i)            
Approves an extension to the current contract for Supported Living
Services for Adults at Gladstone Park Gardens with Dimensions UK
for a period of 6 months as permitted under the contract.

 
ii)           
Approves the variation of the contract for Supported Living
Services for Adults at Gladstone Park Gardens with Dimensions UK to
permit the further extension of the contract.
 
iii)          
Subject to (ii), approves the further extension of the contract for
Supported Living Services for Adults at Gladstone Park Gardens with
Dimensions UK for an additional period of 6 months beyond that
provided for in the original contract.
