works and housing disrepair cases. To request authority to award
contracts for insurance related reactive repairs, maintenance, and
complex and housing disrepair works.

Content

That the Corporate Director Resident
Services:
 
i)            
Approves the award of contract for insurance related reactive
repairs and maintenance to Axis Europe plc for a period of 24
months, with the option of a 12 month extension if required, in the
sum of £936,00 for the term total.
 
ii)           
Approves the award of contracts for complex works and housing
disrepair to Prestige Domestic Property Maintenance Ltd for a
period of 12 months with the option of a 12 month extension if
required, in the sum of £936,000.00 for the term total.
