Purpose

To consider the draft Supplementary Planning
Document (SPD) consultation responses, any recommended amendments
and the adoption of the SPD.

Content

That the Corporate Director Communities and
Regeneration, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for
Regeneration, Planning & Growth:
 
i)            
Considers the consultation representations received, officer
responses, and recommended changes to the Residential Amenity Space
and Place Quality Draft SPD as set out in Appendix A of the
accompanying report.
 
ii)           
Approves the adoption of the Residential Amenity Space and Place
Quality SPD as set out in Appendix B of the accompanying
report.
