Purpose

To consider the draft Sustainable Environment
and Development Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) consultation
responses, any recommended amendments and adoption of the SPD.

Content

That the Corporate Director Communities and
Regeneration, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for
Regeneration, Planning & Growth:
 
i)            
Considers the consultation representations received, officer
responses and recommended changes to the Sustainable Environment
and Development Draft SPD as set out in Appendix A of the
accompanying report.
 
ii)           
Approves the adoption of the Sustainable Environment and
Development SPD as set out in Appendix B of the accompanying
report.
