Authority to vary a contract in respect of the
Council’s Facilities Management / Planned and Reactive
Maintenance with OCS UK & I Limited (Atalian Servest).

Content

That the Deputy Leader / Cabinet Member for
Finance and Resources, having consulted with the Leader:
 
i)              
Approves the variation of the contract for Hard Facilities
Management / Planned and Reactive Maintenance with OCS UK&I
Limited as set out in paragraphs 3.2.1 and 3.2.2 of the
accompanying report.
