In relation to Agenda Item 4,
Councillor S. Butt advised he had met with the applicant from
Stonebridge Boxing Club for a Brent Health Matters event but had
not engaged in discussion on the application or sought to take any
position on the application and therefore felt able to consider the
application impartially and without any form of
predetermination.
