Content

That the Corporate Director Neighbourhoods and
Regeneration, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for
Regeneration, Planning and Growth and Cabinet Member for Children,
Young People and Schools:
 
i)              
Approves the award of contract for the operational management and
delivery of services within the Church End Youth Anchor for a term
of 10 years to the lead consortium member Young Brent Foundation in
the sum of £846,250.00.
 
ii)             
Notes that the approval of the Corporate Director Finance and
Resources will be sought to enter into a sub-underlease with lead
consortium member Young Brent Foundation for a term of 10 years at
an annual rent of £75,000 subject to review after 5
years.
