Purpose

To request approval to vary and extend a
contract in respect of Supported Living Services for Adults at Ruby
Street with Dimensions (UK) Limited.

Content

That the Cabinet Member for Community Health
and Wellbeing, having consulted the Leader:
 
i)            
Approves the variation of contract for Supported Living Services at
Ruby Street with Dimensions (UK) Limited.
 
ii)           
Approves the extension of contract for Supported Living Services at
Ruby Street with Dimensions (UK) Limited for a period of 9 months
and 2 days from 29 June 2024 to 31 March 2025, in the sum of
£221,809.04.
