Purpose

To request authority to tender for a care and
support contract at Supported Living Services for people with a
range of disabilities at Peel Road.

Content

That the Cabinet Member for Community Health
and Wellbeing:
 
i)            
Approves inviting tenders for a new care and support contract at
Peel Road on the basis of the pre-tender considerations.
 
ii)           
Approves officers evaluating the tenders on the basis of the
evaluation crtieria.
 
iii)          
Delegates authority to the Corporate Director Community Health and
Wellbeing to award the contract to the successful bidder.
