Purpose

To request authority to award contracts for
Homecare Framework for Adult Social Care.

Content

That the Corporate Director Community Health
and Wellbeing, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for
Community Health and Wellbeing:
 
i)            
Approves the award of contracts for Homecare Framework to the
providers listed below for a period of 2 years with the option to
extend by up to two years for a period of 1 + 1 year at a total
value of up to £16m (£4m per annum)
