Purpose

This decisions concerns the
procurement of the provision of Public Safety CCTV surveillance and
Parking and Traffic CCTV enforcement services and seeks approval to
use a framework to procure these services, which includes the
maintenance of existing infrastructure along with provision to
purchase new CCTV equipment based on the agreed pre-tender
considerations.

Content

(1)       
To approve the undertaking of tender processes under
the Eastern Shires Procurement Organisation (ESPO) Framework 628
for call offs in respect of:
 

i)            
the supply, installation, support and maintenance of
Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) cameras (Lot 8);
and

ii)          
 the supply, of Security
Equipment and Surveillance Equipment and Service cameras (Lot
1)
 

(2)     To
confirm that there is sufficient budgetary provision for the
proposed call-off contracts.

 

(3)     To
approve inviting bids under the Framework Agreement referred to in
(1) above for CCTV services on the basis of the agreed pre - tender
considerations.

 

(4)     To
approve Officers evaluating bids referred to in (3) above on the
basis of the agreed evaluation criteria.
