Purpose

This decision is seeking approval to exercise
the 1 year extension clause in the current contract for the
Temporary Agency Staff Managed Service.

Content

That the Corporate
Director of Law and Governance having consulted with the Deputy
Leader & Cabinet member for Finance and Resources:
 

(1)       
Approves the extension of the contract for the
provision of Brent agency temporary staff managed service
with Comensura Limited for a period of 12
months from 5 February 2025.

 
(2)       
Approves the variation of the contract to include
additional terms and conditions in line with the new statutory
guidance for Local Authorities on the use of agency child and
family social workers from the Department for Education dated
September 2024.
