The Children, Education and Families Policy Development and Scrutiny Committee scrutinises the Council's executive decisions and performance related to education, training, and learning opportunities both within and outside of school. It also reviews policies concerning children's care services, special needs, fostering, adoption, and family support, including the development of plans and collaboration with partners.
