1. 
Approve the direct award of Service Level Agreements
to Bromley GP practices for the provision of NHS Health Checks via
Direct Award Process A of the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime)
Regulations 2023, for a period of six (6)
years with the inclusion of sufficient break clauses, from 1st
April 2026 to 31st March 2032) at an estimated overall value of
£250k per annum (£1.5m over the lifetime of the
authorisation).

 

2. 
Approve the direct award of Service Level Agreements
to Bromley GPs for the provision of Sexual Health Services via
Direct Award Process C of the Health Care Services (Provider
Selection Regime) Regulations 2023, for a period of six (6) years
with the inclusion of sufficient break clauses, from 1st
April 2026 to 31st March 2032) at an estimated overall
value of £224k per annum (£1.34m over the lifetime of
the authorisation).
 

3. 
Delegate Authority to the Director of Public Health,
in consultation with the Assistant Director Governance &
Contracts, the Director of Corporate Services, the Director of
Finance and the Portfolio Holder for Adult Care & Health to
authorise any variation to the SLAs in line with any changes in
clinical guidance.
